We charge $9.50 for Ground service to any domestic USA location and $19.50 for Canadian locations. You can waive shipping fees and you'll receive $8 off discount on your samples order if you ship using your UPS account (we do not keep your account on file, it is used only once per your sample order then discarded).

As a courtesy, we provide free virtual samples and simple artwork assistance (max 2 revisions). Please click on upload button below to upload your artwork file. We prefer vector files, which normally end in .eps, .ai, or sometimes .pdf. If you do not have a vector file, please send us the highest resolution image file you have and we’ll see what we can do. For full color artwork, we prefer it sized larger than the max imprint area and at 300 DPI. We do our best to assist you with artwork assistance; however, for very complex, time-involved requests, we will notify you before proceeding if it will require any billable hours ($25 per hour).

Before shipping out samples, it is our policy to check stock on this item to ensure that if you enjoy the sample, we have adequate inventory on-hand (if you proceed with the mass order). Please let us know about your mass order details here so we can check stock prior to shipping the sample.

Artwork file is not needed for a quote but will ensure higher accuracy during the quoting process. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a custom quote; however for complex projects with multiple items and complex features, we may require a couple days additional quoting times. Rush is not recommended for custom made items as the best practice for high satisfaction on a completely custom project is to allow ample time for quality production, whenever possible. Another best practice is to include image links and exact size/color specifications to ensure we can get full comprehension of your project scope. We have successfully completed thousands of custom cut and sew (made-to-order) projects from 200 units to 100,000s, so please be assured your project is in good hands with a highly experienced USA firm.
