Q: How often do you add new products?
A: We regularly update our catalog to provide trendy, impactful promotional items for our wholesale customers. You can expect new innovative and designer promo products to launch several times a month. Most ship fast from USA. We ship to Canada, as well as many international locations.
Q: Can new products be customized?
A: Yes, incorporate your brand's logo, color scheme, and designs to ensure consistency. We offer silkscreen, digital printing, laser engraving, embroidery and many other options including our custom cut & sew (made-to-order) custom manufacturing program called CMC (Custom Made Creations).
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product. The MOQ is listed on every product page in the wholesale pricing table. The lowest quantity shown is the MOQ and we are not able to change that but once or twice a year during our annual or bi-annual products catalog updates. MOQ’s are important as they provide economies of scale to you based on our machinery, equipment, production workflow, which all allows for cost savings passed onto you.
Q: Are rush orders available for new products?
A: Rush order availability depends on product, order quantity, and customization. During non-peak seasons, we have many more products available for rush production, so please always mention your rush needs when requesting a quote or ordering a product. We will notify you immediately if a rush firm deadline can or cannot be met.
- Stock items, there is plentiful inventory usually. Items are already produced without a logo. You place the order, we imprint the logo.
- Custom (CMC) items are made-to-order, cut and sew projects which usually are fabric rolls on the shelves, waiting for your specific product design. Look for the blue 'Custom' banner for custom items.
- We offer both overseas production as well as Made in USA capabilities, with min orders of 250 units and short turnarounds of 2-4 weeks lead time.
