A: Yes, tailor-made branded items can be created, allowing you to incorporate your company logo and choose specific designs. Our CMC Program (Custom Made Creations) allows you to create certain products from scratch, from concept to completion.
Q: Are there bulk or wholesale discounts?
A: Yes, we offer competitive bulk discounts, with pricing dependent on quantity, design complexity, and product type. Each product page shows the wholesale pricing table at the various quantities offered. For higher quantities, please contact us for a custom high-quantity discount.
Q: How's the product quality?
A: We offer high-quality, durable, stylish products that enhance your business's image.
Q: What's the turnaround time?
A: Timeframes vary by product, customization, and order size. Lead times can be found on the individual product page (under the “Details” tab), which could range from a few days to a few weeks. Some items offer rush production so please contact customer service if you have a rush need. Most items ship fast from USA, with your custom personalized logo and branding.
- Stock items, there is plentiful inventory usually. Items are already produced without a logo. You place the order, we imprint the logo.
- Custom (CMC) items are made-to-order, cut and sew projects which usually are fabric rolls on the shelves, waiting for your specific product design. Look for the blue 'Custom' banner for custom items.
- We offer both overseas production as well as Made in USA capabilities, with min orders of 250 units and short turnarounds of 2-4 weeks lead time.
